    Join us Friday November 5 - Sunday November 7, 2021 in  Watkinsville, GA for a weekend of fun in the woods! Learn new skills, meet new people, pick up new gear from our vendor section or just relax. We will be hosting a wide variety of classes throughout the event. Guest Check-in 10AM Friday November 5th. Camping is included with the cost of weekend admission. Day parking is $5 for daily admission.

    -What comes with my weekend admission?

    1x Limited Georgia Bushcraft embroidered patch.

    5x Tickets for Weekend Raffle (Sunday November 7th, 2021)

    Camping on-site 10AM Friday November 5- 1PM Sunday November 7th.

    -Are children 12 years old and under are free? Yes

    -Can I bring my RV/Camper? Yes but all RV/Campers over 12' in length are required to reserve a spot.

    -How many children can I bring? Only 2 children per adult admission are permitted.

    -Is hammock camping allowed? Yes

    -Are campfires allowed? Yes/No. Fires are only allowed in contained fire pits and ashes/coals must be discarded based on the Leave No Trace guidelines

    -Will there be food vendors throughout the weekend? Yes, we will have a food vendor selling food for most meals Friday Dinner - Saturday Dinner.

    -Will there be restrooms? Yes, there will be Porta-Potties spread throughout the property.

    -Will there be showers available? No

    -Will there be potable water available? No, you will need to bring your own water.

    -Can I bring my dog(s)? Yes, but we do have rules that must be followed:

    • Dogs must be leashed, quiet, and cleaned-up-after at all times
    • No Aggressive dogs
    • Do NOT leave any pet locked in a vehicle 

    -Will I have to sign a waiver? Yes, no one will be allowed past the check-in point until we have verified that out hold-harmless agreement and camping agreement has been signed. 

    -What are *Extended Workshops* and how do I sign up?

    Extended Workshops are more in-depth workshops where there is an additional cost for materials and equipment. Sign up for each one will be available ahead of the event through the individual instructor or payment will be accepted at the time of the class.

    -Do you give refunds due to weather? No, our Gatherings are rain or shine events. If potentially dangerous weather events are expected we will notify all ticket holders within 24-hours of any schedule or event change.

    -Will there be Ice for sale on site? Yes, we will be selling bags of ice.

    -Are masks or proof of vaccination required? Absolutely not, this is an outdoor event with plenty of room to go around. Anyone is welcome to wear a mask but not required.

    -What is your refund policy? 

    All tickets are refundable prior to 30-days out from the opening day of each event. After that open refund period has closed, all tickets are non-refundable and sales are final.

    There are NO refunds if you cannot attend.

Our schedule is 100% digital which now allows everyone to sign up for the classes they would like to take. This will help with the new Extended Workshops and classes with limited space.
