What comes with my weekend admission? 1x Limited Georgia Bushcraft embroidered patch. 5x Tickets for Weekend Raffle (Sunday March 29, 2020) Vehicle or Backcountry Camping on-site 10AM Friday March 27- 1PM Sunday March 29. Are children 12 years old and under are free? Yes How many children can I bring? Only 2 children per adult admission are permitted. Is hammock camping allowed? Yes Will there be food vendors throughout the weekend? Yes, we will have a food vendor selling food for most meals Friday Dinner - Sunday Breakfast. Will there be restrooms? Yes, there will be Porta-Potties spread throughout the property. Will there be showers available? Yes, but they are limited due to space and availability. Will there be potable water available? Yes but the supply and availability throughout the weekend is not guaranteed so be sure to bring extra water. Can I bring my dog(s)? Yes, but we do have rules that must be followed:
Will I have to sign a waiver? Yes, no one will be allowed past the check-in point until we have verified that out hold-harmless agreement and camping agreement has been signed. What are *Extended Workshops* and how do I sign up? Extended Workshops are more in-depth workshops where there is an additional cost for materials and equipment. Sign up for each one will be available ahead of the event through the individual instructor. Do you give refunds due to weather? No, our Gatherings are rain or shine events. If potentially dangerous weather events are expected we will notify all ticket holders within 24-hours of any schedule or event change. What is your refund policy?
